September 2021 Newsletter

With leaves starting to fall, autumn is on its way and now is the time for renovation and repair work such as aeration, scarification, seeding and top dressing to ensure your lawn is in shape for the winter.

If you notice birds pecking at the lawn during the autumn, this is most likely to be caused by the presence of chafer grubs. Most lawns and gardens have a healthy number living in and around them without any problem, however an infestation can result in damage caused by birds and badgers seeking them out for breakfast.

If you are in the Aylesbury, Princes Risborough, Great Missenden, Tring, Berkhamsted or Hemel Hempstead areas and would like a free lawn analysis and quotation for a Lawnkeeper lawn care programme, please give us a call on 01296 821861 / 07773 779235 or email: n.gamble@lawnkeeper.co.uk
